Fred is a Portland native who grew up on Munjoy Hill. His 30 plus years in the real estate industry offers a deep wealth of experience, knowledge and diversity to Spectrum Real Estate. Fred has owned and operated several companies and businesses in the Greater Portland area, and has worked with many key people in this industry. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a degree in Computer Information Systems. He is a lifelong musician who also enjoys the mountains in winter and the golf links in summer. Mostly, he enjoys being a part of this terrific industry and helping you find that special property!




Erin Mancini
Sales Agent
Erin Mancini is from a construction background with over 10 years of building inspection experience . Specifically in new residential home construction.

She is deeply rooted in the community. Erin is an active member of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the Town of Falmouth and has experience on the Long Range Planning Committee. Foreclosures and renovation projects are her strong suit. If you are looking to buy a fixer upper she will be your best bet.










Scott Huska

 Scott’s background comes from the construction business. As a remodeling contractor, he has built a successful business by listening to what his clients want and then making it a reality. That same customer service focus carries over well to the professional side of buying and selling real estate. His eye for design and seeing the hidden potential in properties serves both buyers and sellers well.
Scott attended Liberty University in Virginia and studied Business Administration. Scott and his wife Amy reside in Portland. They have been married for 28 years and have 3 grown daughters. Together, they are enjoying being empty nesters, exploring all the beauty, culture and incredible restaurants that Portland and Maine have to offer. Scott also enjoys mountain-biking, the NFL, and building rustic pallet furniture.
