Fred is a Portland native who grew up on Munjoy Hill. His 35 plus years in the real estate industry offers a deep wealth of experience and knowledge to Spectrum Real Estate. Fred has owned and operated several companies and businesses in the Greater Portland area, and has worked with many key people in this industry. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a degree in Computer Information Systems. Sara McKee

Since starting her real estate career in 1998, Sara McKee has owned multiple apartment buildings and continues to be a local landlord today. Sara has an extensive background working in residential and commercial property management. She also has experience in receiverships, distressed properties and construction management. Additionally, since Maine has passed cannabis legalization in 2016, Sara has been at the forefront of local and state policy and has experience interfacing with municipal leaders on the issue. On a personal note, Sara is a Master Gardener and loves to ski and forage the Maine woods. She lives in Poland with her partner and two sons.

Zachariah grew up in the greater Portland area and spends much of his spare time outdoors in Maine running, hiking, skiing and especially enjoying family time with his son. Zachariah’s employment background also involved work with a large local plumbing contractor, and several years with a real estate management company. Rebecca is originally from a small town in Mid-Coast Maine. She has lived across the US from California, Texas and Massachusetts, but finds Portland, Maine her true home. She graduated from Georges Valley High School in Thomaston, Maine, has a paralegal degree and finishing a degree in business at Husson University. Her interests range from skiing to love of animals, music and art. She presently manages apartment buildings in the greater Portland area and happily works with buyers and sellers of all real estate needs.
