It also has an outhouse with a shower, and a bunkhouse for additional guest or storage. Additionally, the camp includes a deeded right of way to the Sebago Pine Property Owners Association, granting access to 300 feet of shared beach area on Sebago Cove, which includes a recreation area, gazebo, and a boat launching ramp.
